Our Mission
At Haskins Homestead, we are dedicated to sustainable farming practices that honor the land. Our mission is to provide quality products while fostering a deep connection with nature. We truly believe in living with the land and not on it and strive to preserve and conserve as much as we can.
We go with nature, not against it so you will never find us using artificial light in winter to force production of eggs. You might find heat being supplemented in extreme cold but that's just us protecting our livestock because they're important.
We are thrilled to be adding a breed on the threatened livestock conservation list and hope to inspire others to do the same. Too many creatures become extinct so we hope to help give back. You'll find information about our langshans as well as our upcoming game bird project as well as all the goings on around the homestead in our blog (coming soon) and our Facebook and TikTok as well as a little humor.
